Our GRACE Coaching Style and Approach
We are Christcentric GRACE Coaches, meaning our only objective is to point people to Jesus and His Grace for everything.
As GRACE Coaches, We BELIEVE...
Scripture ALONE,
Grace ALONE,
Christ ALONE,
Faith ALONE,
For HIS GLORY alone.
Every time we coach, we are convinced that HIS GRACE ALONE will radically change many lives; it’s the ONLY point of GRACE Coaching.
Ephesians 1:3 "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ,"
More importantly, we believe God’s Grace does ALL THE WORK, and for argument's sake, when we say “ALL THE WORK,” we mean ALL, like in EVERYTHING!
We believe Jesus has already provided you with everything you could ever need or want.
John 3:17 "For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him."
And, as Christcentric Coaches, we believe GRACE IS ALWAYS MORE THAN ENOUGH. Today, after much toil and wasted efforts, I proclaim proudly and boldly that JESUS IS THE ONLY ANSWER!
THE WORD ONLY… If in dispute, go to the Scriptures. We don’t venture from the Scriptures, and neither should you. We pray you will have an intense and personal encounter with God, our Heavenly Father, as HE transforms you from the inside out BY HIS GRACE.
So, don’t rush; enjoy the process, stop to soak, drink in the experience, and be ready for anything.
What is a Grace Coach?
We are “IN” THE Grace Awakening? In fact, WE ARE THE Grace Awakening. Our Heavenly Father is revealing Jesus AS OUR REDEEMER and HIGH PRIEST.
John 5:20 "For the Father loves the Son, and shows Him all things that He Himself is doing; and the Father will show Him greater works than these, so that you will marvel."
The arrival of Grace Coaches means the days of Jesus’ GREATER WORKS HAVE COME. It means the RESTORED Kingdom of God HAS COME.
John 14:12 "Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do, he will do also; and greater works than these he will do; because I go to the Father."
It’s all revealed in Jesus, as He is God’s PLAN of Grace, and Grace Coaches are REVEALING His BLUEPRINT as the KING prepares to return in GLORY.
2 Corinthians 5:18-19 " Now all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation, namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and He has committed to us the word of reconciliation."
Many Grace Coaches have been tucked away and have recently emerged to restore the ABSOLUTE GOODNESS OF GOD in ALL OF THE UNIVERSE! We call them Grace Coaches.
Hebrews 6:20 "where Jesus has entered as a forerunner for us, having become a high priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek."
The ENDTIME HARVEST is vast, and Grace Coaches have been PREPARED in the bosom of God from before the foundation of the world and have now, at this time, been brought forth out of the shadows to SERVE THE KING.
Romans 5:11 "And not only this, but we also exult in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the reconciliation."
THE Grace Awakening takes the Church BEYOND the Garden of Eden. The Garden and the Kingdom of God have vastly improved since Adam was kicked out. We now have an eternal Lord, Savior, and King in Heaven, and HE HAS RESTORED HIS Kingdom.
Hebrews 4:14 "Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. For we do not have a high priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but One who has been tempted in all things as we are, yet without sin."
We had the Father and the Garden with the first man, Adam, but we didn’t have a High Priest, a King, a Savior, or even a Shepherd. BUT NOW WE HAVE THEM ALL, and much much more!
2 Corinthians 11:30 "If I have to boast, I will boast of what pertains to my weakness."
We now have the absolute certainty we are ETERNALLY ACCEPTED by God BECAUSE of the perfect FINAL work of our High Priest, JESUS, who is a Son, perpetually, the firstborn among many BROTHERS.
Hebrews 5:5 “So also Christ did not glorify Himself so as to become a high priest, but He who said to Him, “You are My Son, Today I have begotten You,” “
For each Grace Coach, there has been a time of waiting, which was a time of ultimate preparation. PAINFUL AND LONG THE PREPARATION WAS, BUT NOW IT IS OVER.
Today’s Grace Coaches are BELIEVERS who have emerged from the fiery furnace of adversity AND waiting, and as a consequence, all of THE FLESH has been BURNED OFF. After “waiting,” Grace Coaches are never the same. The waiting is excruciating but absolutely necessary!
Hebrews 7:26 “For it was fitting for us to have such a high priest, holy, innocent, undefiled, separated from sinners and exalted above the heavens;”
Grace Coaches must be trusted with God's heart, so they are trained, prepared, equipped, and empowered. Grace Coaches are called to HELP birth the Father’s WILL. Grace Coaches are called to follow a different set of BLUEPRINTS, plans the world does not understand. “Waiting” is a significant part of the preparation of their heart.
1 Corinthians 9:22 "To the weak I became weak, that I might win the weak; I have become all things to all men, so that I may by all means save some."
FIND GRACE IN YOUR TIME OF NEED
GET HIS GRACE!God will not give GRACE for our works or even our best ideas if pride or self-righteousness exists. Grace Coaches know that ALL FLESH must ALL BE BURNED, and there CAN BE NO CONFIDENCE in the FLESH.
Hebrews 8:1 "Now the main point in what has been said is this: we have such a high priest, who has taken His seat at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens,"
To be a Grace Coach, one must first be born of the Spirit. Yes, to carry THE Grace Awakening and coach with Grace, one must be ONE with Jesus. Grace Coaches are not perfect, far from it. In fact, they are WEAK, and they BOAST in their weaknesses. However, having been sanctified by the BLOOD of CHRIST, Grace Coaches have also been purified by HOLY FIRE. Consequently, they’ve emerged victorious, and they’ve BEEN SENT.
Hebrews 9:24-28 "For Christ did not enter a holy place made with hands, a mere copy of the true one, but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us; nor was it that He would offer Himself often, as the high priest enters the holy place year by year with blood that is not his own. Otherwise, He would have needed to suffer often since the foundation of the world; but now once at the consummation of the ages He has been manifested to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself. And inasmuch as it is appointed for men to die once and after this comes judgment, so Christ also, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time for salvation without reference to sin, to those who eagerly await Him."
Grace Coaches are not surprised by the fires of significant testing that come in order to be trusted to carry the heart of God! The cost of a Grace Coach is high. Still, the privilege of being entrusted with God’s heart for His people is AMAZING, priceless beyond measure.
2 Corinthians 12:9 "And He has said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness.” Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me."
As stated earlier, to represent the heart of God on the earth, one must walk in the Spirit. To walk in the Spirit, one must go through a cleansing and a purification process that only the BLOOD can accomplish. Grace Coaches have been purified IN HOLY FIRE.
2 Timothy 3:17 "so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work."
There will ALWAYS be a fiery trial as Grace does its work from the inside out. Once cleansed, Grace Coaches realize there’s no higher calling than to be entrusted with the Father’s heart, as they are NOW equipped to serve the broken-hearted, the lost, and the sick.
Galatians 4:9 "But now that you have come to know God, or rather to be known by God, how is it that you turn back again to the weak and worthless elemental things, to which you desire to be enslaved all over again?"
Having endured the waiting and the trials by fire, Grace Coaches know what is required of them. Any BELIEVER can live a life of simple faith, and we should.
2 Corinthians 10:4 "for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses."
But to embrace the call of a Grace Coach requires one to completely surrender, allowing GRACE ALONE to help them navigate every BATTLE and ATTACK of the darkness.
Ephesians 4:12 For the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ;"
The fires of war and adversity do not destroy Grace Coaches, far from it. Every battle matures them and makes them grow stronger. It’s Grace doing its work!
1 Corinthians 15:10 "But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me did not prove vain; but I labored even more than all of them, yet not I, but the grace of God with me."
Grace Coaches relinquish their plans, dreams, and even their reputations to ENJOY ALL THE GLORY OF GOD Jesus restored through the Cross. Grace Coaches rely solely on HOLY SPIRIT.
Grace Coaches are;
Walking by the RENEWED MIND OF CHRIST
Lay down pride, personal rights, and the need to be right, and instead, live by His Grace alone
Boasters of their WEAKNESSES and TOTALLY consecrated to Jesus and His Kingdom
Surrendered to Christ’s OBEDIENCE, and FAITHFULNESS, the FINISHED WORK OF CHRIST
Operating by “THE” Faith of Christ by Grace
Known by their remarkable endurance, perseverance, and patience
Luke 1:37-38 “For nothing will be impossible with God.” And Mary said, “Behold, the bondslave of the Lord; may it be done to me according to your word.” And the angel departed from her.”
Leading others to go THROUGH His baptism of love and holy fire
People with only ONE purpose, His purpose
Children of God, KNOW how to STAND on the promises of God
Children of God with Spiritual EYES not considering outward circumstances or emotions
Are servants with no personal opinion or judgment and always willing to be misunderstood
Mature followers of Christ who stand on the promises of God regardless of circumstances
Devoted stewards of Grace
People who trust God, ESPECIALLY when they don't understand
LIVING the Forgiven Life; dead to ALL offense, betrayal, and disappointment
Rejecting ALL fear, manipulation, and judgment TO EMBRACE love ALONE
Always waiting upon Father’s LOVE while beholding JESUS in everything
Holding fast to God’s goodness and allowing His patience to do its perfect work through adversity
Readily relinquishing SELF AMBITION and identity in what they DO.
Lean not on their own understanding but looks to God’s GRACE in all things
Believing IN God’s promises regardless of the outward circumstances, even resurrection
Faithfully carrying AND stewarding The Father’s purposes in the earth
Grace Coaches understand the more significant the discomfort, the closer they are to birthing God's promises. Grace Coaches trust God, and they know it's worth the wait. Grace coaches are trained to remain faithful when challenges and adversity come. Grace Coaches steward the promises of God well under any circumstance. Grace Coaches never give up.
Romans 5:17 "or if by the transgression of the one, death reigned through the one, much more those who receive the abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ."
God is asking Grace Coaches to birth His purposes on earth. Grace Coaches said YES and then submit to the fiery tests of preparation to carry out His purposes. Grace Coaches are always ready and prepared to serve others."
